Hi! I’m Bryce Davis…

I’m a husband, father, TCU grad, and Army veteran. I previously worked for a city government, but decided to get my realtors license and specialize in Investment Properties (rentals & fixer uppers). My wife and I are owners of Make A House A Home, and I’m also a licensed realtor! I love this job because I feel I am helping the community, but also networking with other like-minded real estate professionals to discover great properties just needing some love, and share them with all of you!

My current goals are to get my feet wet owner financing homes to families in need, and start exploring AirBnB options in those cool locations such as a mountain retreat, beach house & tropical type areas, as well as begin scouting properties in foreign destinations so me and my family can escape every once in a while 😉

Everything I do, I do for my wife, my daughter, and two incredibly-loud-always-barking-when-I-take-a-call fur monsters.
